Job summary

Park Lane Academy in Halifax seeks a SEMH Inclusion Coach to support individual pupils or small groups, delivering targeted interventions and research-driven programmes, and assisting inclusion leaders in developing systems that support wellbeing and pastoral development.

You will help all pupils feel included and access the national curriculum in a way that works for them, using strong communication and teamwork to inspire and support every child.
