We seek a Data Product Enablement Specialist to champion the enterprise semantic layer, partnering with the MDM team to empower diverse teams to leverage it for rapid development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data enablement, analytics, architecture, or data product roles.
• Bridge between business and technical teams translating data needs into semantic model specs.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms for modeling, governance, and consumption.
• Experience with Master Data Management and data lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau and integration with semantic layers.
• Experience in training programs, workshops, and hackathons.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of AI/ML and data trust/compliance (ITAR, CUI).

Responsibilities

• Participate in semantic layer design and governance with cross-functional teams.
• Lead enablement programs: workshops, office hours, hackathons, and documentation.
• Develop training materials and empower power users across domains.
• Support data scientists and developers in leveraging semantic layer for AI initiatives.
• Advocate strategic value to engineers and leadership, aligning with IPO readiness.
