Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Data Enablement or related roles focusing on user empowerment.
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams, translating complex problems into data requirements.
• Hands-on experience with data platforms for data modelling, governance and consumption patterns.
• Experience with Master Data Management principles and their application.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, Tableau, and their integration points with semantic layers.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the enterprise semantic layer design and governance.
• Lead the adoption of the semantic layer and provide enablement programs.
• Develop and maintain training materials and best practices guides.
• Provide consultations to data scientists and developers on maximizing value from the semantic layer.
• Communicate the strategic value of the semantic layer to stakeholders.
