Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Software Engineer on the ML Infrastructure team to develop core data management and training systems for perception and autonomy use-cases. You will index multi-modal sensor data, run training/orchestration across cloud and on-premise, and support the internal perception platform.

This role emphasizes building reliable data pipelines and scalable tooling for model development.

Qualifications

• Build and operate core model training and dataset management infrastructure.
• Improve perception engineer-facing tooling & SDKs.
• Integrate frontier models for data augmentation, curation, and synthetic data generation.
• Enable observability & traceability of the ML lifecycle.
• Engage with customers to understand data requirements and constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate core training systems and dataset management.
• Collaborate with perception engineers to deliver tooling improvements.
• Integrate frontier models across dataset curation/annotation pipelines.
• Develop real-time monitoring of training jobs and a model registry.
