Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home and community settings. You’ll implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collect data to track learner progress.

Proactive communication with families and supervisors is key, and you’ll participate in ongoing RBT training to maintain certification. In this role, you’ll work in person with families, use CentralReach for notes and plans, and contribute to a caring, evidence-based program

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with autism is a plus.
• Reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.
