Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings, embodying our compassionate, evidence-based approach.

Under BCBA supervision, you will implement treatment plans, collect accurate data, track progress, and communicate with families and supervisors about learner development; CentralReach is used for session notes and plans.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Passion for working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record required.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.
