Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collect data to track progress.

Ideal candidates hold RBT and CPR certifications, enjoy working with kids, and have reliable transportation. CentralReach experience is a plus, with ongoing professional development and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with autism is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are required.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.
