Job summary

Giving Growth Therapy seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collect data to monitor progress.

We offer paid RBT training, ongoing professional development, and opportunities for advancement. This is in-person work with flexible weekday and weekend hours based on client needs.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• CPR certification required.
• Passion for working with children; autism experience is a plus.
• Reliable transportation with clean driving record.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.

• Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
