Giving Growth Therapy in North Carolina seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our in-person team. You will support children one-on-one in home or community settings, collect data, and help implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

We value growth and ongoing professional development, with paid RBT training, BCBA-support, and opportunities for advancement. Flexible weekday and weekend hours available to meet client needs.

Formación

• RBT certification is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Experience with autism is a plus.
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record are preferred.
• Experience with CentralReach is a plus.
