Job summary

OWN Real Estate in Millbrae, CA is seeking a Listing Concierge to be the connective tissue between sellers and our team. This role focuses on relationship-building from the initial consultation through the home's live listing, not admin work.

You will shadow the Lead Listing Agent, manage follow-up with clients, and coordinate with the Listing Coordinator to keep vendors, showings, and disclosures in sync, while building scalable communication systems.

Qualifications

• Warm, natural communicator who makes people feel heard.
• Detail-oriented and reliable; tracks every follow-up.
• Able to represent the Lead Listing Agent’s voice in client conversations.
• Enjoys building systems and processes; seeks better ways to stay in touch.
• No specific license required; relevant experience is welcome in resume/cover letter.

Responsibilities

• Shadow listing consultations to understand discussions and commitments for each seller.
• Track consultations booked and held; own post-consultation follow-up.
• Call, text, and email clients on the Lead Listing Agent’s behalf.
• Proactively check in with sellers and prospects and surface needs for the Agent’s attention.
• Keep client communication organized and current from consultation to listing.
• Partner with the Listing Coordinator to keep vendor visits, showings, and disclosures in sync.
• Build and run ongoing follow-up campaigns for past clients and referrals.
• Design repeatable cadences and touchpoints to keep relationships active.
