You will execute field tasks that keep transactions moving forward, such as installing and removing signs, coordinating hard signatures, and maintaining a strong market presence for listings.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Install, update (riders), and remove listing signs across Lincoln
• Assist with in-person client needs (e.g., coordinating hard signatures when required)
• Ensure listings are accurately and professionally represented in the field
• Complete all assigned tasks within 24 hours (unless otherwise directed)
• Log each task in our tracking system with details and photo confirmation
• Communicate proactively with the Operations Manager on any issues or delays
