Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Supportive Services Coordinator in Colorado Springs to manage the Family Self-Sufficiency and Resident Services programs. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) and Resident Services programs.
• Recruit FSS participants from Housing Authority participants and tenants.
• Develop ITSPs for head of household and adults.
• Maintain participant case files and monitoring system with progress reports.
• Build partnerships with community organizations to connect clients with services.
• Provide monthly and quarterly reports to HUD and CSHA management.
