Storage Star Management is seeking a proactive Self Storage Store Manager to drive daily operations at our North Augusta location. You will greet customers, rent units, process payments, maintain security and cleanliness, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of our company, assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Manage daily operations, including renting units, processing payments, and ensuring the facility is secure and well-maintained.
• Meet company and site sales goals while providing outstanding service.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep our facility in top shape.
• Conduct daily lock checks to ensure the site meets security and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with training new hires and help them get acclimated to our processes.
• Handle occasional off-site errands and travel to other locations as needed.
