Storage Asset Management in North Augusta, SC is seeking a dynamic Property Leasing Specialist to convert inquiries into storage rentals and deliver outstanding customer service. You will lead tours, maintain a clean facility, execute inspections, support marketing efforts, and participate in local community events while mentoring junior staff and ensuring rent collections are handled accurately.

Qualificações

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Open availability including weekends
• Ability to perform light maintenance and overall property upkeep
• Management experience in leasing, retail, or operation environment
• Previous experience in sales or marketing with a proven ability to generate business and close leads
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must be energetic and open to new ideas and direction changes
• A High School diploma /GED equivalent. College education a plus
• Must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift 25 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable transportation
• Completion of pre-employment background screening
• Previous experience in storage management a plus!

• Participate in tailored sales training and industry events
• Mentor and empower assistant managers with your sales acumen
• Proactively manage rent collections and fees
• Maintain precise accounting records with transparency
