Job summary

Storage Star Management in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Self Storage Store Manager to be the face of our brand, oversee daily operations, ensure facility security and cleanliness, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will rent units, process payments, and help drive sales while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the friendly face of our company, assisting customers in person and over the phone.
• Manage daily operations, including renting units, processing payments, and ensuring the facility is secure and well-maintained.
• Meet company and site sales goals while providing outstanding service.
• Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep our facility in top shape.
• Conduct daily lock checks to ensure the site meets security and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with training new hires and help them get acclimated to our processes.
• Handle occasional off-site errands and travel to other locations as needed.
