Job summary

Go Store It Management is seeking a reliable on-site maintenance associate to keep our self-storage facilities clean, secure, and well-maintained. You’ll walk the property daily, handle minor repairs, and assist customers on site to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent is required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation are required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small repairs to locks, lights, doors, toilets, or simple patching.
• Keep the place clean: hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs: sweep, clean, and prep for next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site as needed.
• Maintain property appearance and functionality.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
• Follow up with leads
• Perform delinquency calls
