Go Store It - Self Storage is hiring a Self-Storage Maintenance Associate for the York, PA area. You will be responsible for keeping the property clean, safe, and functional, performing basic repairs, and assisting customers on site.

The role offers full-time hours, insurance options, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and a path for advancement within the company. High school graduation or equivalent is required, and a valid driver’s license is a must.

• Valid Driver's License and reliable means of transportation are required.
• A college degree is not required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to identify trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean—hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs by sweeping, cleaning, and getting them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure they’re working.
• Assist customers on site as needed.
• Maintain the property to reflect the high standards of the company.

What You'll Be Doing
