Job summary

Go Store It Management is hiring a maintenance associate to join our on-site team in York, PA. You will walk the property daily, address minor repairs, and help ensure units, hallways, and common areas stay clean and functional.

We value dependable individuals who show up ready to fix issues, perform preventative work, and assist residents and staff as needed. A high school diploma and valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and inspect for trash, damage, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small issues like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and minor painting or patching as needed.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and common areas clean and orderly.
• Turn over units after move-outs and ensure gates, lights, and alarms are functioning.
