• Analyze reports related to occupancy, payments, and maintenance to optimize performance.
• Conduct daily surveys to identify damage or tenant issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service to tenants in person and by phone.
• Manage opening/closing procedures, including deposits, cash handling, and petty cash.
• Drive sales growth through unit rentals and promoting protection services.
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to keep the property in excellent condition.
• Enforce policies to maintain a safe, secure environment.
