Job summary

Store Here Self Storage in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Full-Time Self Storage Property Manager who combines customer service with sales, helps customers understand storage options, and processes rentals and payments. The role involves light maintenance, keeping the property clean, and working weekends.

You will maintain tenant files, collect rents, and handle notices while using our computer system to create reports and track results. Prior property management is a plus, training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Ability to work weekends
• Strong computer skills are an advantage

Responsibilities

• Maintain property and grounds, including light maintenance and cleanliness of storage units
• Complete rental agreements, receipts, insurance addendums, and other required documents
• Collect rent, fees, and other monies owed to the business
• Maintain tenant files and prepare reports using our computer system
• Send required tenant legal notices
• Make courtesy and collection calls, document communications, and initiate collection services as needed
• Participate in marketing programs and track results
