Qualifications

• Experience in Storage Rental Industry preferred.
• Ability to drive sales growth and handle customer inquiries.
• Comfort working independently and moving between stores.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth by helping customers understand products and following up with potential buyers.
• Provide exceptional Customer Service and handle complaints, questions, and billing inquiries.
• Perform Property Maintenance and Cleaning, including daily property walks and coordinating with vendors as needed.
• Handle banking tasks and office paperwork, including deposits and reports.
• Work both independently and in small teams, and adapt to a varied schedule, including some weekends.
