Job summary

Go Store It Self-Storage is seeking a hands-on maintenance specialist to care for our self-storage properties. You will walk properties daily, perform minor repairs, and maintain clean, secure units ready for renter turnover.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to perform routine maintenance tasks. This full-time role offers schedule flexibility and a collaborative on-site team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to perform basic repairs, cleaning and turnover tasks.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to spot trash, damage, lights out, leaks or anything off.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple repairs or patches.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash areas clean.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare for next renter.
• Check gates, lights and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on-site and help maintain a well-run property.
