US Storage Centers seeks an energetic Assistant Manager/Property Manager to drive facility sales, manage rentals, and deliver first-rate customer service. The role includes on-site housing at select locations and a clear path for growth within Westport Properties, Inc.

The position emphasizes teamwork, reliable transportation, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment with day-time hours.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Comfortable with basic computer and office skills.
• Good communicator — written and verbal.
• Self-starter who can work independently and stay organized.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must have a Real ID or Passport for air travel (effective 5/7/25).
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, marketing, and occupancy at the facility.
• Deliver outstanding customer service — phone, walk-in, and online inquiries.
• Show, rent, and clean units; sell packing and moving supplies.
• Manage delinquencies through scheduled outreach (calls, letters, invoices).
• Handle daily office operations: open/close, petty cash, bank deposits, reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure property — including light maintenance, lock checks, and daily inspections.
• Assist with auction prep as required by law.
• Maintain organized tenant documentation.
