Responsibilities include daily property walks, precise payment handling, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales environments is preferred.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or self-storage is a plus.
• Ability to handle payments and engage customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work inside office and outside on the property as needed.
• Perform general property cleaning and maintenance tasks.
• Conduct daily property walk to ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash.
• Provide exceptional customer experiences and assist with inquiries.
