Job summary

Public Storage is looking for a Property Manager who can work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. You will assess customer storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and perform daily inspections to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

You’ll also audit cash drawers and handle bank deposits as part of the daily business. Candidates should come from customer-service driven sales environments, and must have a valid driver’s license and their own vehicle (mileage

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Transportation: valid driver’s license and own vehicle required to travel between locations; mileage reimbursement available.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside.
• We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps ensure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
