Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, combining indoor and outdoor responsibilities. You will assess customer storage needs, upsell packing and moving supplies, and ensure units are ready to rent through daily inspections.

Daily tasks include cash handling, deposits, and helping customers stay current on payments. A valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle are required to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centric sales environments such as retail or restaurant.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently across multiple locations, inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
