Public Storage is hiring for Property Managers who will work across multiple locations, combining indoor and outdoor tasks. The role includes assessing customer storage needs, suggesting packing and moving supplies, and ensuring spaces are ready to rent.

Daily responsibilities include inspections, cash handling, and helping customers stay current with payments. A valid driver's license and vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement provided for travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or similar).
• Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle for travel between locations and tasks.
• Mileage reimbursement available for travel between properties and work tasks.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to verify inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
