Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently across multiple locations, performing inside and outside tasks to ensure spaces are ready to rent.

The role involves assessing storage needs, suggesting packing supplies, and daily inspections to confirm inventory. You will handle cash, deposits, and payment reminders, while traveling between properties using your own vehicle.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing/moving supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
