Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work at multiple locations, ensuring clean, ready-to-rent spaces and high levels of customer service. You will assess storage needs, upsell packing supplies, perform daily inspections, and help with payments and deposits.

This role offers independence, several locations, and opportunities to earn bonuses. The ideal candidate has experience in customer-service oriented sales, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between locations using own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when required.
• Work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outside.
