Job summary

Public Storage seeks a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, combining customer service with on-site assessments and routine inspections. You will advise customers on space solutions, sell packing supplies, and handle daily financial tasks including deposits.

A valid driver’s license is required and mileage between properties is reimbursed. The role offers flexible, full-time schedules with potential bonuses and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, service, hospitality).
• Valid driver’s license and access to own vehicle for travel between properties.
• Ability to transport items and work outdoors indoors as needed.

Responsibilities

• Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions, including packing supplies.
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to ensure inventory and availability for rental.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily operations.
• Help customers stay current with payments and perform reminder calls when needed.
