Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work across multiple locations, handling customer storage needs and leading the sale of packing supplies. You will inspect units daily, cash handling and deposits, and assist in collections when needed.

Qualified candidates bring customer-service and sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel between properties. This full-time role includes mileage reimbursement and potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments (retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based roles).
• Transportation: valid driver’s license and own vehicle to travel between different work locations and conduct business (mileage reimbursement available).

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers get to work independently at multiple locations; spending time both inside and outside.
• We assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies.
• Daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability helps make sure spaces are ready to rent.
• Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits are part of the daily business.
• We help keep our customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required.
