Public Storage is seeking an Property Manager who can work across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors, to assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies. Daily inspections ensure spaces are ready to rent and cash handling is part of the routine.

Qualifications

• Experience from customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Our Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls when needed.
