Job summary

West Coast Self-Storage Group in Antioch, CA is seeking a full-time Property Manager to oversee a busy self-storage facility, deliver outstanding customer service, and drive leasing results.

You will manage daily operations, budget adherence, pricing, maintenance, vendor relations, and help lead our team to meet growth targets. This role requires weekend availability and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Retail sales, cash handling and customer service experience.
• Ability to self-manage and work independently toward team objectives.
• Willingness to work weekends and some holidays.
• Basic computer skills, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service including assessing storage needs.
• Create store plan to hit budget monthly and annually.
• Web pricing and discount management.
• Ensure property is maintained to standards (cleaning vacated units, sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs).
• Manage vendors and CapEx projects.
• Drive auction process.
• Show available units and guide customers through leasing.
• Balance cash drawer and petty cash.
• Other duties assigned by leadership.
