Job summary

Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support Go Store It - Self Storage properties in Orlando, FL. The role focuses on daily upkeep, minor repairs, and helping customers on site to ensure a welcoming, safe storage environment.

You will perform routine maintenance, fix locks and lights, clean common areas, and prepare units for new tenants as needed. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to spot trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or issues.
• Fix small items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and minor repairs.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash areas clean.
• Turn over units after move-outs and prepare for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist customers on site when help is needed.
• Maintain the property so it looks right and runs smoothly.
