Job summary

Madison Capital Group Holdings LLC's Go Store It division is hiring a maintenance associate in York. You’ll walk the property daily, look for trash, leaks, lights out, and perform essential small repairs to keep units and common areas safe and presentable.

You’ll assist customers on site, turn over units after move-outs, and ensure gates, lights and alarms work. We offer full-time hours, health/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, two weeks PTO and ten paid holidays.

Qualifications

• High school graduation or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• No college degree required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
• Follow up with leads
