StoragePRO Management is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at 181 - We-Store Mini Storage NV in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time role involves renting storage units, assisting customers, and keeping the facility clean, secure, and well maintained.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong customer service skills, basic janitorial and maintenance abilities, and a valid driver's license. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with prior experience in service roles.
• Basic building maintenance, cleaning, and janitorial duties.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and explain options and pricing.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries.
• Inspect facilities for cleanliness, security and equipment function.
• Process payments and collect late fees; maintain records.
• Market and promote storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance and report major issues.
• Keep tenant information and rental agreements up to date.
• Uphold company policies and ensure a safe environment.
• Report to District Manager; attendance is an essential function.
• Other duties as assigned.
