Go Store It in Orlando is seeking a full-time maintenance associate to care for our storage facilities. You will walk the property daily, perform small repairs, keep areas clean, and prepare units for new tenants.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily to spot trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything off.
• Fix small maintenance items like locks, lights, doors, toilets, or simple paint patches.
• Keep hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and common areas clean.
• Turn over units after move-outs; sweep and prepare for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to ensure proper operation.
• Assist on-site customers and provide a helpful, on-brand service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Walk the property every day. Look for trash, damage, lights out, leaks, or anything that’s off.
• Fix small things like locks, lights, doors, toilets, and simple paint or patch repairs.
• Keep the place clean. Hallways, driveways, units, bathrooms, and trash runs.
• Turn over units after move-outs. Sweep, clean, and get them ready for the next renter.
• Check gates, lights, and alarms to make sure they’re working.
• Help customers when they’re on site and need a hand.
• Take care of the place so it looks right and runs smooth. Like something you’re proud to be part of.
