Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations across multiple locations, combining inside and outdoor duties. You will assess storage needs, upsell packing and moving supplies, and ensure spaces are ready to rent.

Daily tasks include unit inspections, cash handling, deposits, and helping customers stay current with payments. You will travel between sites using your own vehicle; mileage reimbursement is available.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently across multiple locations.
• Excellent customer service and sales mindset.
• Experience with cash handling and deposits is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
