Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work across multiple locations, balancing inside and outside duties while ensuring spaces are ready to rent. You will assess customer storage needs and upsell packing supplies, perform daily inspections, and handle cash duties.

Ideal candidates have customer-service oriented sales experience, with a valid driver’s license and access to their own vehicle for travel between sites. Mileage reimbursement is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service–centered sales environments such as retail or food service.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle for travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business.
• Assist customers with payments and make reminder calls for overdue balances.
