Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to operate across multiple locations, balancing independent work with top-tier customer service. You will assess storage needs, help customers select packing supplies, and ensure units are prepared for rent.

You will also perform daily unit inspections, manage cash drawers and deposits, and assist customers with payments and collections as needed. This role requires physical activity and travel between locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service centered sales environments including retail, restaurant, fast food or other service-based companies.

Responsibilities

• Work independently at multiple locations, indoors and outdoors.
• Assess customer storage needs and suggest packing/moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and readiness to rent.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current with payments and make reminder/collection calls.
