Glacier West Self Storage seeks a Property Manager for a full-time storage facility in Puyallup, WA. The role covers daily operations, customer service, payments, and site inspections, with on-site maintenance and occasional travel to other locations.

The ideal candidate has self-storage or related experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work independently. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, and power tools are required.

Qualifications

• Self-Storage, Management or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Light cleaning and maintenance experience.
• Experience with computers and MS Office is required.
• Ability to work independently without onsite supervision.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Power tools experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and cleanliness of properties.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers.
• Answer calls and emails promptly.
• Conduct site checks and property inspections.
• Manage payments and delinquent accounts.
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors on site.
• Travel within the district as needed to support locations.
