Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Property Manager to work independently at multiple facilities, assessing storage needs and advising on packing supplies. You will perform daily inspections to ensure units are ready to rent, collect payments, and support customers with inquiries while coordinating between locations using your own vehicle where required.

The role requires a valid driver's license, ability to travel, and comfort with outdoor work and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between multiple locations.
• Ability to walk and work outdoors up to 50% of shift.
• Cash handling and daily deposits experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing and moving supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and process bank deposits.
• Assist customers with payments and follow up on delinquent accounts when needed.
• Transport items between locations as required (mileage reimbursement available).
