Job summary

Public Storage is seeking Property Managers who work independently across multiple sites in Rhode Island and nearby areas. You will assess customers’ storage needs, suggest packing and moving supplies, and help tenants choose the right solutions.

Daily duties include unit inspections, cash handling, deposits, and keeping accounts current with timely payment reminders. You must have a valid driver's license and be willing to travel between locations, with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service oriented sales environments.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and recommend packing supplies.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits.
• Help customers stay current on payments with reminder calls.
• Travel between locations using own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Move items up to 35 pounds and work outdoors up to 50% of the time.
• Clean and maintain interior and exterior areas to keep spaces ready to rent.
