Job summary

You will inspect units daily, handle cash deposits, and assist customers in keeping their accounts current. A valid driver's license and own vehicle are required, with mileage reimbursement provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service-centered sales environments.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Ability to travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer storage needs and upsell packing supplies.
• Operate independently at multiple locations and indoors/outdoors.
• Perform daily storage unit inspections and confirm availability.
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily duties.
• Help customers stay current with payments and conduct reminder calls.
