Westport Properties—doing business as US Storage Centers—seeks an Assistant Manager Self Storage to market and rent storage spaces at our Chino Hills, CA locations. You will split time between an office and the property, handling walk-throughs, customer interactions, and daily maintenance to ensure spaces are ready for rent.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel 25–50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are expected.
• Willingness to work weekends and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property.
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent.
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
