The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a 9:00 AM–6:00 PM schedule and occasional weekend work. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required to travel for training and duties.

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work indoors and outdoors at the property.
• Perform general property care, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Conduct daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent.

• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
