US Storage Centers is hiring an Assistant Manager Self Storage to market and lease storage spaces across multiple Minneapolis-area locations. You will split time between an office and the property, conduct daily walkthroughs, process payments, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver's license, willingness to travel roughly half the time, and the ability to work a full-time schedule with day shifts. Competitive benefits apply including insurance and 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, self-storage, or customer service is a plus.
• Ability to market and sell storage solutions to customers.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work inside an office and outside on the property.
• Perform daily property walk and ensure units are ready to rent.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Maintain property cleanliness and general upkeep.
• Have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
