US Storage Centers in Minneapolis, MN is hiring an Assistant Manager Self Storage for Lakeside/Lake Elmo and Hudson locations. The role reports to the District Manager, is full-time, non-exempt, with a schedule Monday–Friday 9:30AM–6:00PM and Saturday 8:30AM–5:00PM, subject to change.

Travel up to 10% with pay $18.50–$19.50 per hour. Responsibilities include marketing storage solutions, on-site/off-site work, property upkeep, daily space checks, cash handling, and delivering an exceptional

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, service industry or self-storage is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Real ID or Passport required for San Antonio training center travel (as of 5/7/25).

Responsibilities

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance
• Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required
