Westport Properties, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager Self Storage in Minneapolis, MN. The role combines inside office duties with outdoor property interactions to market, rent, and maintain self-storage spaces. You’ll handle payments, assist customers, and ensure spaces are ready for occupancy.

Eligible applicants need a valid driver’s license and transportation, with travel to a San Antonio training center possible. Working hours are Monday–Friday with some weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain Real ID or Passport for travel to training center.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Comfort market and sell self-storage solutions and services.

Responsibilities

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers.
• Work independently inside office and on-site at the property.
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent.
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling.
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience.
• Travel to training center as required with optional 0–10% travel.
