Westport Properties, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager Self Storage to cover Carson – Wilmington, Carson – Figueroa, and Harbor City – Frampton locations. Join a diverse, customer‑focused team and help drive storage sales and tenant satisfaction.

You will market storage solutions, perform property upkeep, process payments, and ensure spaces are rent-ready. This full‑time role requires a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, restaurant, fast food, hospitality, customer service/sales or self-storage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Effectively market and sell self-storage solutions to potential customers
• Work independently, spending time both inside an office and outside on the property
• General property care, cleaning, and maintenance
• Daily property walk to confirm spaces are ready to rent
• Accurate payment processing and cash handling
• Engage with customers to provide an exceptional experience
• Valid driver's license and a reliable form of transportation are required to perform the essential functions of the job
